By ordering from INVISIO you agree to these terms. They set out what you can expect from us and what we need from you.
Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch email, not when payment is taken.
We take care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously wrong price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Products
Colours vary between screens, and natural materials vary between batches. Small differences in shade or grain are a property of the cloth rather than a fault.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
