Delivery options
Every order is picked and packed from our own warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day go out the same day.
- Standard — 3 to 5 working days. Free on orders over $99, otherwise $7.95.
- Express — next working day when ordered before 2pm. $12.00.
- Collect in store — free, ready within 2 hours at any of our four stores.
International delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France and Australia. International orders take 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination and are sent duties unpaid.
Any customs charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate or absorb them at checkout.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you will get an email with a tracking code. You can also look up any order from the Track order page using the reference on your confirmation.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is late, damaged or has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us with your order reference and we will resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice.
