The 30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is not right. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Returns are free within the United States. International returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
How to return
- Open your order in the account area and choose the pieces you are sending back.
- Print the prepaid label, or ask for a QR code if you would rather not print.
- Repack the items with the tags on and drop the parcel at any carrier point.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of arrival.
Exchanges
The fastest exchange is to return the original and place a new order — that way your size is reserved immediately rather than held against a returning parcel.
What we cannot accept
- Items worn outside, washed, altered or without tags.
- Underwear and swimwear where the hygiene seal has been broken.
- Anything bought as a final-sale Archive piece, unless it is faulty.
