What we collect

We collect what we need to sell you clothes and nothing beyond it: your name, email, delivery address, order history and — where you have asked us to remember it — your marketing preference.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach or rest on our servers.

How we use it

• To take, pack, ship and support your orders.
• To answer you when you contact us.
• To send marketing email, but only if you have opted in.
• To understand which products sell, using aggregated figures rather than individual profiles.

Who we share it with

Carriers receive the address needed to deliver your parcel. Our payment processor receives what it needs to take payment. Nobody else receives your personal data, and we do not sell it under any circumstances.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to privacy@invisio.store and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage to remember your bag and wishlist between visits. Neither is shared with anyone and neither is used to track you across other websites.
